1General Terms & Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, certain specific terms are used with fixed and consistent meanings. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and responsibilities as a bvbx1 platform user.

• "Platform" — refers to the bvbx1.org website, the iOS and Android mobile apps, and all related services operated by bvbx1.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at bvbx1.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the actual cash balance held in your account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits issued by bvbx1 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is the identity verification required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "RNG" — refers to the Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures the fairness of every game on the bvbx1 platform.

Bvbx1 reserves the right to interpret any term not specifically defined herein, and such interpretation shall be considered final so long as it is consistent with the overall intent of this document.

2Membership Eligibility

Bvbx1 is an online entertainment platform open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• The personal information you provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.
• You have never had your membership terminated from bvbx1 due to a prior terms violation.
• You may only register one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of bvbx1's Terms and Conditions.
• You are using the bvbx1 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Bvbx1 reserves the right to decline any membership application or suspend an existing account without providing reasons, subject to the absolute discretion of management.

3Account & Security

3.1 Account Security Responsibilities

Each bvbx1 member is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. bvbx1 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a member's negligence in protecting their login credentials.

You must notify the bvbx1 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or your password has been compromised. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all accounts.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The KYC process is part of bvbx1's commitment to security and fraud prevention. Members are required to submit the following identity verification documents upon request:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months)
• Payment method information used for deposits

Withdrawals from your bvbx1 account will only be processed after the KYC process has been successfully completed. bvbx1 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for further verification purposes.

4.1 Deposit Requirements

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. bvbx1 does not accept third-party deposits, including those from family members, friends, or any other individual. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source will be held for investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals can be made at any time subject to the following conditions:

• KYC process has been successfully completed.
• No active bonus currently under a wagering period.
• The account is not under suspension or investigation.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the set daily limit.

Bvbx1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, which may take up to 24 business hours to complete.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Bvbx1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bvbx1 bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to receive the Welcome Bonus once only upon their first registration.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• Bvbx1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through suspicious means or in violation of the terms.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the specific terms of that bonus. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.

6Game Rules

All games available on the bvbx1 platform use RNG technology that has been independently verified by accredited third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bvbx1 itself.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that assists in unfair play.
• Attempting to exploit bugs in game software for personal gain.
• Player collusion in games involving multiple players.
• Any attempt to manipulate or deceive the bvbx1 payment system.
• Any form of fraud, falsification of information, or misconduct in the use of the platform.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, bvbx1 will use server data to determine the outcome of the game in question. Any claims related to technical disruptions must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the incident.

7Account Termination

Bvbx1 members may close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team via Live Chat or email. Before closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or the associated bonus funds will be forfeited. Valid cash balances may be withdrawn following the standard withdrawal procedure.

Bvbx1 reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate any account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, unfair play, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, bvbx1 will notify the affected member via their registered email.

8Liability Limit

The bvbx1 platform is provided "as-is". bvbx1 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of this platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, bvbx1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

9Terms Amendment

Bvbx1 reserves the right to modify, add, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on bvbx1.org. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all valid cash balances in accordance with the established withdrawal procedure.
